Given the scope of the project we were willing to travel 4 hours outside of Chico to build this home. We worked closely with the client throughout the entire process of the build. Having a good understanding of the clients needs we worked hand in hand with the architect to draft plans that met their needs and fit their budget. Scrap lumber was saved and later used to create closet shelving at no added cost. This house incorporated zone radiant flooring, and energy efficient design. Most importantly, we were able to finish the project on time and within budget.
